Can't set another account after revoked previous account permissions

Describe the bug After revoking access to a Github account (on the GitHub site), the extension does not allow you to re-login to any account.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. log in to the extension through your account.
2. revoke permissions for the extension on the https://github.com/settings/applications page.
3. The extension does not allow to register again, there are no settings to fix the situation. Only "GIST ERROR: Could Not Add File > Reason: Not Found" or similar notification according to the operation you are going to perform.

Expected behavior I would like to see an offer to log in repeatedly or to another account or to reset absolutely all settings in order to be able to use the extension.
