Authentication Broken on Web (vscode.dev / github.dev)

Problem

The authentication is broken on web (vscode.dev / github.dev) Clicking on the "Sign in" button doesn't do anything Also, the commands in the command pallet show an error (not only with the sign in command btw)

Reproduce

1. Go to vscode.dev / github.dev
2. Install and Open GistPad
3. Click on "Sign In"
4. Nothing happens
