Follow User command resulted in an error. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'appendLine')

When trying to Follow a user I'm getting next error

Windows 11:

• VS Code Version [v1.85.1]
• GistPad Version [v0.6.0]

If I press refresh button - I'm getting the same error (but after the refreshing is done).

On version 0.4.1 - everything working as expected!

As a workaround, you can enable this option in the extension settings

I can see it has already been fixed in 9598693, so I'm looking forward to the 0.6.1 release. :)
