Gistpad causes VSCode's editor.suggest.snippetsPreventQuickSuggestions to be ignored.

Hi Everyone,

I've noticed that when GistPad is enabled, the inline suggestions are constantly firing whenever I'm already populating my markdown snippets. I think it's somehow overriding the the native VSCode setting with ID: editor.suggest.snippetsPreventQuickSuggestions. I managed to make it happen with all extensions except GistPad disabled, and I tested for the three most recent GistPad versions (<= 0.3.0).
