Configuration system failed to initialize

on windows 7 Rapr.log

I had the same problem, try deleting the data in %Appdata%\Local\Rapr

issue only occurs possibly in versions 0.12.17 and earlier {such as 0.11.114}. does not happen in the 0.12.30 & greater versions as they store the data in the new Rapr.exe.config file.

The configuration file is corrupted somehow. You can delete old config file mentioned in logs and try again. You can try newer version as it will store the configuration in the exe folder so this problem should not occur.
