Feature request: Portable mode

Hi, RAPR creates the file "user.config" on "%Local\AppData%\Rapr\Rapr.exe_StrongName_2qkvgjdh5q4milxp1wrxvzhaovxuvdyo\0.11.92.0", but it would be awesome if it stores it on the folder where the program is, so this way can be used as portable on a USB pendrive or whatever. Cheers.
