Fix "SEO" parts of webgems

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current meta/opengraph and description are missing/incomplete. We should add an image for opengraph and write a better description.

Maybe once the #46 is added, we can even have the search displayed on the google search results.

And probably some other things. Maybe even do a lighthouse/audit of the app itself.
