How to Fix 0KB/1KB .ts Recording Failures, Undeletable Files, and Web Monitor Hanging Issues
Could you please tell me how to solve issues like the 0KB or 1KB recorded videos shown in the screenshot, which are in .ts format and don't display duration locally? Especially the 0KB files and .ts format ones — I can't delete them directly, and if I don't, it prevents automatic recording of this streamer in the future. I must delete these 0KB and non-duration-displaying .ts files first before recording can resume. But since they can't be deleted directly, I have to close the CMD window, the monitoring webpage, and sometimes even restart the computer — it's way too troublesome. There's also another situation: the streamer is clearly online, but recording suddenly stops. Or, the streamer has gone offline, yet the monitoring window on the webpage still shows them as online and recording in progress. When I try to pause and restart via the webpage, it doesn't work — it just keeps showing "pausing" forever.
There's another issue: sometimes, for some reason or other, the CMD window suddenly closes. Now, the file won't convert to MP4 or MKV — it stays in .ts format and doesn't show duration locally. Is there any way to fix this situation?
