[SC] Stripchat recordings are not being split into multiple files for the estimated time.

I use this configuration in the .env file to indicate that the files are fragmented every 20 minutes STRMNTR_SEGMENT_TIME=1200 It works fine on other platforms. It has stopped working on Strip since the last update. Now, all recording is done in a single file.
