Non-Functioning Audio in Cam4 Recordings

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with Cam4, specifically related to the absence of audio in my recordings. I would like to request assistance in resolving this problem.

Check the rcorded file with e.g. MediaInfo whether there is really no audio track.

If there is a audio track make sure your player supports the used codec. Test with VLC for playing that normally supports nearly everything.
