Accented characters in folder list

Describe Automatically created (e.g. via copying) folders with names having accented chars (í, é, й, ... but not ð, ø) behaves incorrect. If folder is created manually/renamed using just the same symbols – everything's fine.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy folder with some of accented symbols to new location.
2. Restart Cog.
3. Choose the its parent for folders list.
4. Folder doesn't have folder icon AND cannot be rolled down (triangle chevron).

Expected behavior You can roll down this folder to see inside.

Did you make sure to add the parent folder to your sandbox permissions in preferences?

I understood that. But there's nothing really to update, unless someone can find me a way to reproduce it. I can't even trigger the problem.
