Multiple bugs reported by email, 2021-02-21

Describe

  1. The window is now very wide and its width cannot be reduced. This looks especially jarring when using the mini player.

  2. Some untitled column was added to the interface and, being untitled, it cannot be turned off (see the screenshot). Screen Shot 2021-02-21 at 13 11 33

  3. Inspector button was added to the toolbar of the mini player without my consent and I can’t remove it now because the mini player toolbar has been uncustomizable for quite some time now.

  • macOS version: 10.13.6
  • Cog version: 1411-g85e27e749

Additional information I'm going to guess they're on a small laptop or something, or using a larger scale setting.

  2. I don't see how we this behaviour lately. Maybe we could make the last column to occupy remaining space.
  3. This is new default layout. Mini player toolbar was and is still customizable. image

hello there.

  1. debatable? defeats the purpose of "mini player". takes half of the screen and size cannot be reduced even with no controls added and screen size scaled to smaller text.
