Move Releases From Google Code to GitHub

In light of the fact that Google Code will no longer support the downloads section of a project, should the releases be moved the GitHub project releases?

I thought GitHub deprecated downloads as well? The comment section in the linked blog seems to confirm my memory?

I didn't realize that downloads in GitHub were deprecated...good to know. However, I was suggesting moving releases to the "Releases" section of the GitHub project: https://github.com/loresoft/msbuildtasks/releases
