A darker version of the @saucemcboss's solarised-dark theme.
removed margin: 1em on the html element. Maybe this didnt cause an issue on the earlier version of calibre but as of now there is overflow of the book text...
Removed heading borders, made background colour the same as documents and made `` darker in Solarized Dark theme so it's not out of place.
