Need better method of reorganizing Tickers

The method of long-pressing to open a context menu with Move Up / Move Down / Edit / Deactivate is not very user friendly. Also, the context menu is cut off and limited to displaying ~1.75 lines of the menu, when long-pressing on the topmost Ticker.
