Advancement task list doesn't scroll

Having more than 5 or more advancement requirements in a single task causes the list to draw outside the GUI bounds. On smaller screen scales this can also mean they're drawn off screen entirely.

Okay, given that none of the others work like this, this is unfortunately going to be a no-fix-before rewrite as I have no desire to try to implement gui-based code which will be immediately outdated by whatever work canitzp is currently doing.

A soft limit to the number of entries has been applied to various tasks with #559. That limit is mostly just a bandaid and should at some point be replaced by a scroll bar.
