account google hangouts not work

in an attempt to access hangouts when tap on log in, remains locked them not go ahead, i used on alcatel fire e, versione fxOS 1.3, but on simulator has the same problem...

after entering email and pwd address, clicking connect does not move, remains fixed on the same screen without groped apparently no connection to the account of google ... The version that was a year ago I remember working for this, no.

I have succesfully logged in into my gmail account running FxOS 2.6 and using an google application password, but the switcher in the side menu of loqui stays in orange, and i never recieve/send messages through. Any way in which i can get a log or something to show you guys?

Google hangouts can't be accessed at the moment since we don't use the bosh server anymore.
