[WhatsApp] problems with media

I have some problems with media sending or receiving. First of all sometimes audio-files are not properly played. I only can hear the first two or three seconds, and then the audio ends. The firefox music-player seems to can not find the duration of the file. When i connect the phone to my pc and play it there, I can hear the whole audio message. Then in the last few days another problem occured: I have problems with uploading media. Always the "uploading"-sign appears, but often it either doesn't really start /the red bar at the bottom doesn't appear (this only occures when I haven't send any text message between starting loqui and trying to send the media) or the uploading get stuck at a few percent.
