[Google] unable to use hangouts or talk

it just gets stuck at synchronizing. I do have a huge addressbook with more than 1000 contacts. I tried both hangouts and xmpp/jabber options. It connects but it does not go ahead with synchronizing. After sometime I don't see any data activity. My connection is a bit flaky, but there is no timeouts as well.

zte open c, firefox 1.3, loqui 0.3.3

My guess, it's related to Firefox OS trying prevent long scripts.

can we have an option to skip synchronizing or continue it in the background?

@pravi @barraponto does this issue still exists in the latest Loqui release? Is it possible for you to use Google Hangouts with Loqui IM?

Same issue, latest release. 'Synchronizing' for ~20 seconds, then back to the login screen.
