[WhatsApp] No option to reactivate

As a follow-up of #496: Once WhatsApp activated on device B, it can't be used anymore on device A, even if the app been uninstalled on device B.

I think that some solution must be implemented to ensure use of WhatsApp on device A (even if "WhatsApp accounts can only be configured in one device at the same time").
