Update Loqui since Firefox Marketplace closed?

Hi, how can i update Loqui IM on my Firefox OS since they closed the Marketplace? I am new at GitHub. I have an Alcatel One Touch device, and i'm still running v0.5.9a of Loqui!

That's right, Marketplace have no longer Loqui IM. So, to install a new version : 1 download Loqui IM zipped files from github 2 use firefox OS emulator on firefox browser (computer) to install loqui IM new version on your phone

Hallo,

sorry for the delay in answering to you. I am very busy at the moment.

To install a new version of Loqui on your Firefox OS you need a PC with the Firefox browser. From https://github.com/loqui/im/releases you download the zip file to your PC and unzip it. Then, you open the WebIDE (under web development) in the browser (you maybe need to install this plug-in first), connect the Firefox phone via USB to the PC, and open the unzipped folder with the WebIDE. Finally, you install the new Loqui on your phone.

Hello! I can't install upgrade of Loqui IM, I tried this method with WebIDE, but I was not capable of install, googling around I found something about my version of Firefox OS, I am using the BootGecko 2.6.0.0-prerelease on a LGL25. Is that true, I am unable of upgrading on this version of Firefox OS?
