RuntimeError: The data contains non-finite values.

Hi,

I've been running TOBIAS for a while but have received an error that I've been running for the validation set that I did not get for my discovery set when running BIND_DETECT.

At the Processing scanned TFBS individually step I get a RuntimeError: The data contains non-finite values. for certain motifs. When I delete the motifs from the JASPAR file the process runs further until it encounters the same error with a different motif.

I'm using the BigWig footprint files output by Footprint Scores, a merged bed file, the same JASPAR motifs file, and the same reference genome file that I used in my discovery set.

Is there any way to suppress this error or understand how to address it within the BigWig files?

Can you send an example of the motifs you are using? And also the TOBIAS version? Then I will try to debug, thanks!
