Has packaged in the Gem to usable Rails3.1+

I think this is a good addition; I tried to use this in my own fork, and ended up having to move the assets into vendor/assets/javascripts and vendor/assets/stylesheets in order for the asset pipeline to see and pick them up. I don't know if this is required or if I missed something, but thought I'd mention it here.
