As you might be aware, we have a brand new look of the loopback.io web site. We'd like to rebuild the "Who's using LoopBack" section and showcase our users and the use cases. If you would like to be a part of it, you can:
- add a comment so that we can ping you
- drop an email ✉️ to [email protected]

Q: What is needed from me and my company? A: Once you've indicated your interest, we'll formally ask for your permission to use your company's logo and a testimonial about your LoopBack usage.
Q: Does it need to be LoopBack 4? A: While we encourage our users to use LoopBack 4, you don't need to be on this latest version to be eligible.
Q: How are you going to show case my company's usage of LoopBack? A: Once you agree, your company's logo will be highlighted on our landing page on loopback.io. The testimonial will only be shown at the loopback.io site, not other marketing channels.

@dhmlau I recently started my own dev shop and I am using loopback 3 (some times 4) for most of my projects. I am not sure if my company is big enough to help endorse Loopback, but if you need a testimonial, you can let me know at [email protected]

We just started using it for our internal admin application that connects a couple of our existing services. It's pretty handy and extensible but nothing too sophisticated.

Right now, we are just finishing setting up Loopback 4 in our production environment. We use it to "link" together our third-party services (link other REST APIs, our databases, etc), and also, to make sure our documentation (based on the OAS spec) stays up to date with our implementation.
As soon as we finish setting everything up (the 1.0.0 version of it actually 😄) we might write a blog post on Medium about how we use Loopback 4 in our stack.

A time ago i was created an extension in this organization, but now i haven't the required access to create a new one
I want to add more extensions:
- loopback-history-extension: For adding history feature to models
- loopback-acl-extension: A generalized base application with User, Role, Permission models and controllers with an advanced controller generator supports model relations and access controlling
And now i'm trying to implement loopback-connector-processmaker
Please give me the required access to create these projects in strongloop organization
@ckoliber, thanks for contributing the extensions! For the other extensions, I'm thinking whether it's better to put it in strongloop-community org or remain in your GH org. The good thing to leave them in your org is that you can get the credits for creating/maintaining them. :).
As we're having more extensions, I'm thinking it might be good to create a similar page as the Example page to have a list of extensions created by the core maintainers and also the community users.
I'd like to get some inputs from @strongloop/loopback-maintainers, especially @raymondfeng and @bajtos. Let me create an issue to discuss this. @ckoliber, thanks for bringing this up!

May I have my company logo on Loopback website? We're a big evangelist of Loopback 3 & 4! We've built 25+ projects using Loopback 3 and 10+ projects using Loopback 4 - on production environment. We've tackled many common issues and uncommon issues during those several projects so we understand both Loopback 3 and Loopback 4 very well. And we always consult our customers to use it by default for most of new projects.
