ok this was the ninja error I was getting before. I resolved it with this commit: https://github.com/MYSTRANsolver/MYSTRAN/pull/92/commits/dfd10a38a9c5c2b9c4215f612acd006c285dec60 the modules were build twice, which ninja didn't accepted.
