Volume 2 and 3 PDF blank

Describe the bug: Hi, I was interested in LoongArch so I downloaded Volume 1, then I downloaded Volume 2 and 3, but they are blank, I also tried from the GitHub Releases page, but still no luck. Hopefully this issue is fixed Thanks

Also is the project frozen/dead as the last commit for the volume 1, 2 and 3 is 8 days or 2 months ago?

For the moment, we are still working on the English version of Volumes 2 and 3, which usually should be released a little bit later than the original.

AFAIK the Volumes 2 and 3 haven't been cleared by their legal dept for release yet, even the Chinese version is unavailable which developers from China have been eagerly expecting for the better part of the year. @sterling-teng is member of Loongson's docs team, I believe the translations should be pushed as soon as the Chinese version is out.
