BUG: Save states menu can freeze app

When in a game if you go to save states and be in there for a bit the core freezes.

Any specific console or games I can use to reproduce this? How long do you have to stay in the menu for the app to freeze?

I do not know how long it takes maybe a minute but it works on all consoles.
