Negative gold is misaligned

Describe the bug When a city produces negative gold, the gold value isn't aligned correctly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Pick a city spending at least one gold
  2. Make all citizens entertainers
  3. Look at the right panel (General tab)
  4. See this: image

Expected behavior The gold income is displayed in red and aligned the same as other numbers

Platform and version (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux
  • Freeciv21 version: master
