Add confirmation before switching to techs that would be researched immediately
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently if you switch to a tech you have enough bulbs for, the tech gets immediately researched. This may not always be desirable, since new techs can obsolete bonuses one may get from buildings and wonders and introduce new units one may not immediately want.
Describe the solution you'd like If you attempt to switch to a tech that you can immediately research, there should be a confirmation. Ideally with an option so people that never make mistakes can disable it.
Describe alternatives you've considered Leaving it as-is, which would make some people very sad.
Additional context This will require either a confirmation from the server (since client doesn't always know the tech costs) or the server will have to always send correct tech costs for all reachable techs so the client can do this confirmation without the need to contact the server.
Every game I play I hear at least one new member of the community getting hit by this. This makes the game frustrating for those who do not know to avoid the tech tree at all times (the fact that some of us tell people to avoid the science tab at all should be quite alarming :sweat_smile: ). Heck, I almost did it myself today again, after foolishly entering the science tab.
