Additional city exit method

When city window is opened, clicking anywhere outside the relevant area (outside of all windows and city area) closes city window.

At the moment it's Escape or the x button. This makes it quicker and easier for us who like to do some things quickly.

Not sure we want this. Isn't Esc fast enough? (I usually keep my left hand on the keyboard so I'm biased.)

Note that clicking on another city will already switch to it.

I often try to click units from within the city dialog. Having to close it first is annoying.

Ok, this is an older ticket an you guys are right. ESC is fine and clicking somewhere else may be too much so this ticket may go to the bin. But in the meantime I realised something else is bothering me:

This build units window is more hard to close. You have to click somewhere else (anywhere, yes, this is what I was initially asking for the city window), and ESC doesn't work at all. The problem with clicking somewhere else is that the click activates whatever I'm clicking on so I have to be careful. Ok, with time I learned what to do, but adding ESC to exit this window would be helpful.
