(Paused) RIP players are not included in endgame score and demographics

Please include RIP players in endgame score and demographics.

Being a multiplayer game, it may turn out to be important for rankings etc.

From my reading of the code and the screenshots posted in #league-a3, dead players do have demographics. Most of them are zero because they're dead, but they're there.

Am I missing something?
