Activating an information widget doesn't return the player to map view

Describe the bug When a player either clicks the menu item, or uses a keyboard shortcut for, "Wonders of the world", "Top 5 cities", or "Demographics" while in a non-map view, the view doesn't go back to the map.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Research view
2. Click the menu item, or use a keyboard shortcut for, for example, "Demographics"
3. Observe that you're still in the Research view

Expected behavior It should switch back to map view, like Units does.

Platform and version (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Freeciv21 version: beta 2
• Ruleset/Longturn game (if applicable): not applicable

Opening Units no longer returns to the map view (so this is a regression :sweat_smile: )
