[Bug]Loss of successfully uploaded mp3 files

I've confirmed that the file was successfully uploaded to the R2 storage bucket, but it doesn't show up in the list of files on the Services page.

Incidentally, the file upload lacks a visual upload progress bar, and it would be nice if the file list could be displayed in a switchable view.

I've added a Progress dialog where you can check if there is any error message related to your transfer task.

I've made a new discovery, after uploading an mp3 file first, then uploading an srt subtitle file will cause both files to disappear, if you can then you can try the two files I used and see if that reproduces the problem.

Also, I've noticed that uploaded mp4 files don't play online like mp3s do.
