pip install didn't install the most updated submits. As a result, makemigrations failed due to the fact that fix: AppConfig full paths (#394) was still not solved.

Describe what you were trying to get done. Tell us what happened, what went wrong, and what you expected to happen. @GH2703 Hello,

If you installed a package using pip install but it didn't install the most updated version, you can try one or more of the following solutions:

  1. Upgrade pip: Make sure that you have the latest version of pip installed by running the command pip install --upgrade pip before installing the package.

  2. Use pip install with --upgrade flag: Try installing the package again using the command pip install --upgrade <package-name> to force pip to install the latest version of the package.

  3. Specify the version number: You can also specify the version number of the package to install using the syntax pip install <package-name>==<version-number>.

  4. Install from source: If the package is available on GitHub or another repository, you can try installing it from source using the command pip install git+<repository-url>.

If none of these solutions work, you can try reaching out to the package maintainer or community for assistance.
