Possible new release?

Hey 👋 Would it be possible to release a new version? I myself am mostly interested in the changes of https://github.com/longbridge/rust-i18n/commit/0ce74a8893dc1ceb69bc43d9949edde5cc6b4a65 and have been living on a git patch so far. Would be fantastic if I could move away from the patch. Let me know!

I am waiting for possible other break changes to release 4.0.
