Doesn't work as expected on iPad

The library works really well on phones and desktops, but I'm having issues with the range of scores on tablets. https://diff-cam-scratchpad.herokuapp.com/diff-cam-example/

Here's what I'm seeing on an iPad (seems to start at 3000 for no motion and then decrease when motion is detected) ipad

And this is what I see on Desktop (seems to start at 0 for no motion and increase to around 2000): desktop

Do you happen to know what might be causing this issue?
