Chapter 9, for consistency, add a checkbox to mark of including profiles.module.js in javascripts.html

In Chapter 9, under the section, "Making the Profiles Module", there is a step

Include this file in javascripts.html:

Throughout the tutorial, I've noticed there is usually a checkbox after these steps (very conveinent, BTW), this this one is missing.
