FR: Add IEEE and researchgate support

Hey @lolipopshock, cheers for the awesome plugin, its streamlined my research and literature study work like crazy! I was wondering whether you would consider adding support for additional website sources (notably IEEE and researchgate) as I find myself often having to import papers from those data banks regularly.
