Describe the solution you'd like?

I would like to have the way to manage the records in my Hosted Zones.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It could be useful when I need to setup records, a single update in a TTL, to fix a typo or when consulting data.

Additional context

No additional context, but as I see the thinks I can do today with DynamoDb via Lola, I consider really good to have similar way to manage my hosted zones in Route53

Thanks for the feedback. Route53 is a service we didn't have on the radar until now ;-)
