Wayland - Added support for virtual connectors

As mentioned in #274, the virtual connectors created while wayland window compositors are running headless were triggering an error as "unknown connector".

This PR fixes this issue.

Tested this against the master branch on SunshineStream and it doesn't work on plasma, I just get "Error: Couldn't create GBM device: [00003000]" while trying to use this with the virtual monitor implementation on kwin.
