Regression of bug 'disableScrolling' not working on iOS

What version of Lightbox2 you are using? v2.11.0

Which browsers and operating systems have you seen the issue on? Safari on iOS 12.2

The commit 51efea4fb0cb9e9c6abfaf7bc2098b416ff02f4a causes a regression of the bug where the disableScrolling does not work on iOS. This was fixed in commit e7166c51985251ef688be617d8d88c14a7076675 but commit 51efea4fb0cb9e9c6abfaf7bc2098b416ff02f4a effectively reverts these changes.
