Radarr Not Searching For Movies When Added

Whenever I add a movie using plex requests, radarr does not automatically search for the movie.

Plex requests and radarr are both running on the same windows server

I have the same issue. It looks like they are being added properly but set to NOT MONITORED so they don't search
