Mininal (compact View) for requests

Possible enhancement is to add a mininal view for the requests, this will allow more requests to be displayed on the page.

possible to add it to admin area, so then it will be a global configuration by default for the server.

Once I've moved issues into it's own thing, this will clean up the requests page a ton and can compact the layout substantially. Possibly moving to a dual column layout or something similar.
