I18n-ally plugin does't work after launch VS Code

Describe the bug

Extension Version

i18n-ally - v2.8.1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce to make plugin work:

1. Launch VS Code (I18n-ally don't work)
2. In I18n-ally Disable plugin -> reload VS Code -> Enable I18n-ally
3. Go Settings and add "i18n-ally.dirStructure": "dir" -> save settings -> remove "i18n-ally.dirStructure": "dir" -> save settings
4. I18n-ally worked
5. After restart VS Code need to make the same steps to make plugin work

Settings: "i18n-ally.localesPaths": [ "app/locales/**", "app/locales", "app/api/messages", "app/pages/messages" ],

Example structure: app locales pages_main pages_main.ru.json
