The extension automatically update `i18n-ally.localesPaths` when not appropriate

Hi,

I have some folders ignored by .gitignore and those contain i18n folders.

For any reason, randomly the extension will update the .vscode/settings.json and list all of them. I would be interested on a way to exclude some folders from being watched, or to disable to automatic update.

We are facing similar issue. When opening a project, i18n-ally update .vscode/settings.json without any reason.

Could you avoid to force updating settings.json? As we share the setting file between devs based on template, this violates our internal rules related to custom settings
