chore: add parseAST for ecmascript

fix https://github.com/lokalise/i18n-ally/issues/721#issuecomment-1842135432

Add parseAST for .js and .ts source files, so that we can locate the correct source position. Sorry I don't know how to add test for this one, but I have run the debug launch.json locally and it works well.
