Applying a border radius to <fieldset>'s makes the <legend> position incorrectly in IE6

I've uploaded some example code at http://pastebin.com/5cjE33FQ If you use it under IE6 the "legend" of the "fieldset" drops inside the fieldset rather than displaying on the border of the fieldset.

I just tested this under beta 3 and it still appears to be a problem, it was originally mentioned in the forums (http://css3pie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=54&p=198&hilit=fieldset#p198).

I'm not sure if this issue might be related to https://github.com/lojjic/PIE/issues/6
