Internet Explorer/Google Chrome Frame crash

If I load a page that uses CSS3PIE but at the same time I have the Google Chrome Frame plugin installed on IE, IE crashes. Is there a way you could detect if a user has Google Chrome Frame installed and if so disable CSS3PIE?
