Non-Latin symbols in real names of contributors

Seems that JVS cuts out non-Latin symbols like š from real names of contributors at the step of creating an account in jvs.

Gleki, I remember you showing me an example of a user this affected, but I could not find it: If you remember such a user, could you add their name to this ticket?

VladVP, but just try creating a new user with this symbol and you'll see yourself.
