wiki links in comments

If you surround something with square brackets in a comment, it creates a link to the defunct jbovlaste wiki, and if you click it, it just tells you to go away. We should just remove the square bracket handling in that case. See here (in the source I typed lab[oratory]).

If I'm not mistaken, a bandaid to fix this would be just stubbing out this function.

Sure enough, the jbovlaste wiki seems to have been decommissioned in 2007 in this commit: bd2fc51
